Contemporary Teacher Leadership - 6.2 & 6.4
In assessment 2 students worked collectively to develop a project based learning proposal supporting school improvement. This required students to: -develop the design process to undertake action research; resources required; product students intend to achieve; a continuous improvement for effective schooling -present the proposal using the proforma provided to the unit coordinator with the list of the team, school represented and clear measurable outcomes anticipated and how the team intends to evaluate them -construct a 10 minute video showcase using Zoom presenting the group as a collaborative team exploring and discussing the evidence of process and progress in team development |

Research Teaching & Learning 2 - 6.3
In assessment 2 students were required to work in groups of four to conduct research on implication of classroom practice. The group conducted a presentation that synthesises what has been learnt from the groups’, individual literature reviews and data collection assignments. The presentation includes how the literature reviews informed the design, and how the results of the individual data analysis feedback inform the design of a proposed action research project that can be carried out in the student teacher's future classrooms. |
